Cancellation Policy
Hello,
Thank you for booking your appointment with me at Metamorphosis Hair Design.
Your appointment is coming up and I can’t wait to see you!
Please take a moment to read through my policies and if you have any questions please let me know!
*Cancelations/Rescheduling/No Show
As a courtesy, please remember to call me as soon as you know that you will be unable to make it to your scheduled appointment. A minimum of 48 hours is required if you need to reschedule/change your appointment.
If you have missed your appointment or have failed to give 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your chemical service/extentions and 100% for missed haircuts /formal styles etc.
If you no show your appointment, you will be charged full price of the service missed. *Note: No future appointments will be booked until cancelation fees are received.
*I kindly ask that any changes you’d like to make to your pre booked appointment be made 48 hours prior to avoid any last minute fees.
*Payment
I accept credit/debit, Venmo, Cash & Check.
Cash payments and tipping are greatly appreciated however, I unfortunately will not be able to make change at this time.
If you are paying with a debit/credit card there will be a 2.6% fee added to the service.
